BaoViet Successfully Deploys SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management Solution
In July 2022, OpenSymmetry, a global consulting firm that specializes in the planning, implementation, and optimization of top-tier Sales Performance Management systems, announced a collaborative partnership with NGS, an SAP reseller situated in Vietnam.
BaoViet Life Insurance (BaoViet) chose OpenSymmetry and NGS to deploy a distribution management system on the SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management Solution.
“For our prestigious client BaoViet Life Insurance (BaoViet) in the Asia-Pacific area, successfully deployed SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management Solution on July 15, 2024 for their Tied and General Agency channels, which was the main focus of the deployment since these channels serve 90% of their sales force. The adoption of commissions and incentive processing, sales and management reporting, and sales force onboarding have all benefited from the professional services of OpenSymmetry,” said Mr. Trịnh Minh Hoàng BaoVet’s Deputy Chief of Operation Block/CIO.
Moving forward, OpenSymmetry will continue to be BaoViet’s go-to partner for all things related to sales performance, with the next area of focus on automating their other channels. By giving these channels access to their commission and client payments, the new Distribution Management System (DMS) will enable BaoViet to register agents more quickly, process their payments on schedule, and promote transparency.
Although OpenSymmetry was able to successfully complete the rollout, Amit Arora, OpenSymmetry’s Vice President and Executive Sponsor stated, “this project was not an easy one. Throughout the process, we had to reconcile the many demands of the business stakeholders, decide on standard procedures, clean up enormous volumes of historical data, resolve with technical difficulties, and of course, keep an eye on the timeline for this crucial project. However, working together, we were able to make it happen in the end, and we are pleased with what we have accomplished.”
