Hold and Release

We come across such requirements where customer is looking for a solution within Xactly platform to hold commissions and release it as per need. During one of our implementations of Xactly, it was expected to hold a commission for 3 months and release 75% of the commission value after the hold period is over.

Xactly provides you freedom to choose the number of days/periods/particular date for which you want to hold any specific commission in the commission rule itself. You also get an option while releasing any held commission where you just need to provide the percentage of held amount you want to release and same will reflect everywhere in the Xactly Incent including Incentive statements.
